Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products that are in their original, unused, undamaged condition and packaging.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the initial delivery date to be qualified for FULL refund Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For orders postmarked after 30 days from the initial delivery date, we're currently unable to process and offer refunds at this time.
Non-refundable Items
- For personal hygiene reason, we are unable to accept return and refund on Lip products such as any type of "Lipsticks", "Lip Gloss", "Lip Plumper", "Lip Liner and Lip Care products such as "Lip Conditioner" and "Lip Scrub"
- Please note, sale items are only eligible for refunds if the product is defective or not as described.

Eligibility for Refunds
- Time Frame: Refunds can be requested within 30 days from the date of product delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, undamaged in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. your order#) along with your refund request.

How to for request a refund?
STEP1 Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at CareTeam@MomentsOfReset.com or fill out contact us form SUBJECT LINE "RETURN/REFUND"
Provide your order number, name, address, and reason for the refund request.
STEP2 Return Shipping: If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

STEP3 Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
STEP4 Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days after receiving your return.
What would cause return/refund to be denied?
- Products that have been used and/or returned with damage(s) and/or without their original packaging
- For personal hygiene reason, we are unable to accept return and refund on Lip products such as any type of "Lipsticks", "Lip Gloss", "Lip Plumper", "Lip Liner and Lip Care products such as "Lip Conditioner" and "Lip Scrub"
- Items sold as a Kit not fully returned as a Kit (e.g. missing item(s) in the kit).
- Sale/clearance items
- Returns postmarked more than 30 days following delivery date.
What is your exchange policy?
We don't currently have an exchange policy. However, if the product(s) arrive damaged, please contact us and we will make it right for you.
How long does it take for me to get my refund money/credit back?
Will my promo code be deducted from my refund?
Promotional value is subject to adjustment. For promotions with a minimum required spend, promotional savings will be deducted from refunds if a cancellation or return causes your order subtotal to drop below the required spend.
How can I cancel or make changes to my order?
How to Request a Cancellation
- Contact Us Immediately: To request a cancellation, please email our customer service team at CareTeam@MomentsOfReset.com 3 hours of your purchase. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message in the subject line "CANCELLATION".
- Confirmation of Cancellation: If your cancellation request is received within the 3-hour window, we will do our best to halt the order. Our customer service team will review your request and inform you via email whether the cancellation was successful.
Situations Where Cancellation May Not Be Possible
- Order Already Processed: In some cases, it may be too late to cancel an order if it has already been processed for shipping. If this occurs, you may still return the item once received, subject to our return policy.
- Custom or Personalized Orders: Orders for custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation if production has already begun.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Successful Cancellations: For orders successfully cancelled within the 3-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 30 days
