What is your return/refund policy?
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days from the initial delivery date to be qualified for FULL refund. Please ship back (with your preferred method of delivery at your own expense) the products in the original package to:

For orders postmarked after 15 days from the initial delivery date, we're currently unable to process and offer refunds at this time.

What would cause return/refund to be denied?
• Products that have been used and/or returned with damage(s) and/or without their original packaging
• Items sold as Kits not fully returned as a Kit.
• Final Sale items returned for refund rather than exchange.
• Returns postmarked more than 15 days following delivery.


What is your exchange policy? We don't currently have an exchange policy. However, if the product(s) arrive damaged, please contact us and we will make it right for you.  


How will I get my refund? Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of our online store credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. If you choose to be refunded in Moments of Reset online store credit, you will receive an additional $5 in Moments of Reset Online Credit once your refund has been processed! This does not apply to late returns or orders that any online credit was applied to. Limited to one bonus credit per order. 


How long does it take for me to get my refund money/credit back?
A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 30 business days after your return is received at our warehouse. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amounts.


Will my promo code be deducted from my refund?
Promotional value is subject to adjustment. For promotions with a minimum required spend, promotional savings will be deducted from refunds if a cancellation or return causes your order subtotal to drop below the required spend.


How can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Your order is typically processed w/in 24-48 hours. IF your order is not shipped yet, you may be able to cancel up to 24hours since you initially placed the order.

If you're eligible for cancellation based on the above, please contact us as soon as possible 

Once your order begins processing, we are unable to cancel it.

If you need to make any changes to your order, we recommend cancelling and placing a new order so long as it is still eligible.
